What you learn
Qaida, step by step
Each step starts only when the one before it is solid.
Letters and their sounds
Each Arabic letter, its name and its correct sound.
Letter shapes and joining
How letters change shape at the start, middle and end of a word.
Vowel marks
Fatha, kasra and damma, and reading short syllables.
More marks
Sukun, shaddah, tanween and the long vowels.
Reading words and ayahs
Joining it all to read words, then short ayahs. Then you are ready for Nazra.

Times and fees
Class times and fees
Regular course: 4 classes a week, 30 minutes each. Short course (Arabic alphabet): 1 class a week, 1 hour. Both at a fixed time that suits you.
After the free trial, we send you the monthly fee on WhatsApp. There is a discount for siblings. Fees are paid at the start of each month, before classes begin.
If we miss a class, it is always made up. If you tell us before the class that you cannot attend, we will try to move it to another time when the teacher is free. A class missed without notice is not made up.

How long does Qaida take?
It depends on age, practice and days a week. After the free trial, we tell you what to expect for your level.
Can adults learn Qaida?
Yes. Many adults learn to read the Quran from the first letter. Classes are one-to-one, so you go at your own pace.
What do we need for the class?
A phone, tablet or laptop with Google Meet, a quiet place, and a Qaida book if you have one.
What comes after Qaida?
Nazra: reading the Quran from the Mushaf, page by page, until you read fluently.
Is the trial class free?
Yes. It is 30 minutes, one-to-one, and there is no obligation to join afterwards.
